1) DYJ-Ex: used in flammable and explosive work condition  

 2) DYJ-B: used for purifying the oils contains too much impurities because of being connected with an additional pressure sheet frame purifier.

3) DYJ-T: used for purifying the oils those contain too much acid; or discolor

4) DYJ-S: used for purifying the oils those contain too much water because of a water-ring vacuum pump attached.

5) DYJ-F (closed type): used in wet and dusty work condition

Application

    DYJ Multifunction Lubricating Oil purifier is developed targeting at the different characteristics of can various lubricating oil. It can filter gear oil, hydraulic oil, freezer oil, oil compressor oil, vacuum pump oil, internal-combustion oil and heat treatment  oil and quickly remove impurities, that are contained in the oil as well as enhance the quality if oil, resume utilization capacity of lubricating oil.

According to the required cleanness, the machine can us filter element of different precision.Highly effective breaking emulsification, dehydration and degassing system. Adopted big cubage, reinforced three-dimension flash evaporating tower, membrane evaporation technology and large area multiple-level separation of oil ,water and gas to remove water content , gas light hydrocarbon and light acid.Advanced pressure protection device and infrared liquid level control system can ensure the safety operation of machine.Stable automatic, manual electric heating temperature-control system guarantees the oil heated equally and the temperature stable.Adopted highly effective strong air-cooling condensed system which can quickly decrease the temperature to draw out water vapor as well as water.
